BACKGROUND:
Staff will present an overview of the Street Improvement Plan (SIP) and will review the
proposed Bond 2018 program, including a brief discussion of the projects proposed for
each of the seven (7) Propositions. There will also be a brief discussion on the FY 2019
Budget and Tax Rate.
