That the City Manager or his designee be authorized to apply for up to
50% matching financial assistance from the Texas Parks and Wildlife
Department for the rehabilitation and expansion of the 2.81 acre South
Bluff Tennis Center as a public outdoor recreation area, using any
matching money received to augment $207,188 in authorized Park Bond
funds and to execute all documents necessary to implement the grant if it
is approved.
