plus a variable width temporary work easement to the San Patricio Municipal Water District
to construct, operate, maintain, repair and remove one (1) 48-inch water line on City owned
property adjacent to U.S. Highway 77 in San Patricio County; authorizing the Water Line
Easement and Right-of-Way documents for the conveyance of the easement.
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute the Water Line Easement
and Right-of-Way and other related documents for the conveyance of the easement.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to make minor amendments to the Water
Line Easement and Right-of-Way documents as may be necessary. A copy of the Water Line
Easement and Right-of-Way documents will be filed in the Office of the City Secretary.
That the foregoing ordinance was read for the first time and passed to its second reading on this the
