8. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an easement
agreement with the General Land Office, State of Texas, for
the use of state owned lands for construction and
maintenance of two outfall lines from the Laguna Madre
Wastewater Treatment Plant into the Laguna Madre. The
agreement is for a 10 -year period at a cost to the City of
$400.
