9. A public hearing be held on February 16, 1983 on the
contractual annexation of 5.10 acres of land owned by the
Port of Corpus Christi Authority, but occupied on a lease
basis by Hitox Corporation of America and the annexation of
a portion of Burleson Street adjacent to such tract for
connection to the present City of Corpus Christi City
limits.
