18. A waiver request of Mr. Verne Harris of the water line
extension and street paving requirements of the Platting
Ordinance relative to Perry's Estates, Block 5, Lot 8 be
heard on February 9, 1983. This 2.4 acre plat appeal was
heard by the Planning Commission on December 7, 1982, and
denied.
