20. Approving an agreement with the Gulf Coast Humane Society
regarding the land at 1111 Navigation Boulevard used by the
Animal Control Division of the Health Department, whereby
the City agrees to construct improvements as described in
the 1977 bond election information, and the Humane Society
agrees to deed to the CIty the land immediately under the
buildings improved, to grant an easement to the City for
access to the improvements, and to lease to the City for 20
years the remainder of the existing premises for $650 per
month adjusted annually according to the consumer price
index.
