5. Approving plans and specifications for the Portable Buildings for the
Nueces County Community Action Agency Headstart Program project and
authorizing the receipt of bids on March 2, 1983. The project provides for
the construction of six portable classroom units complete and in place to
include interior plumbing and electrical wiring, water and sanitary sewer
connections. Community Development Block Grant Funds will be used to fund
the project.
