the Cunningham Plant be purchased as follows on the basis of low bid:

One TOX Meter One Zeta Meter
Total: $14,040.00 Total: $5,845.86
Two bids were received for the first meter and one for the second meter.
The meters are included in the 1982 -83 Budget.
