Accepting the contracts with W. T. Young Construction Company for
installation of a collection system and lift station for the Oso Wastewater
Treatment Plant and authorizing final payment of $283,804.93 to the company
for a total of $4,218,339.97. These contracts included the installation of
a gravity and force transmission system from the Country Club lift station
at Everhart and Saratoga east down Saratoga to lift station No. 3 on
Williams Drive and associated lift station construction and renovation.
