MOTIONS - 2/16/83
9. A permit be granted to Hughes & Hughes of Beeville, Texas,
for a permit to drill a well from a regular location in the
Laguna Madre. The State Tract 33 Well No. 1 location is
7000 ft. in a northerly direction from the John F. Kennedy
Causeway and 3500 ft. seaward from the Naval Air Station.
The well will be drilled as a straight hole to a depth of
9500 ft. No exceptions to the Bay Drilling Ordinance are
requested.
