17. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Central Power
and Light Company providing that improvements owned by Central Power
and Light and located on land included within Industrial District Nos. 1,
6, 10, 15, 19 and 21 be subject to all provisions of the industrial district
agreement which relates to said Industrial District, including the obligation
to remit payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes to the City. (Attachment #8)
