Selection of the site bounded by Comanche, Carrizo, Blucher and Artesian
which is the site currently owned by Nueces County, as the site currently
owned by Nueces County, as the site for the new Library, and further,
that the City Council seek a closed session with Judge Bob Barnes and the
County Commissioners to discuss land acquisition.
