2. Bids be received May 17, 1983 for a- twelve months supply agreement for
Street construction materials including 410,000 gallons of emulsified
asphalt; 55,000 gallons of asphalt oil; 12,500 tons of asphalt rock; 22,300
tons of precoated aggregate, 43,000 tons of caliche, 20,000 tons of hot mix
asphalt, 1,000 tons of lime and 5,000 tons of limestone.
