An oscilloscope for Traffic Engineering be purchased from Tektronix, Inc.,
San Antonio, for $6,060 based on the only bid received. The oscilloscope
is included in the 1982 -83 Budget and is needed for trouble- shooting
electronic problems in traffic signal controllers and equipment.
