15. The City Manager or his designee be authorized to execute a contract with
Corpus Christi Metro Ministries, Inc. for operation of an emergency
housing program to be funded from the 8th Year Community Development
Block Grant Program. The $5,000 contract is for the period of March 1,
1983 through February 28, 1984.
