7. The CPA firm of Arturo Vasquez & Company be employed to audit the Tax
Division for the year ending July 31, 1983. This firm audits the Corpus
Christi Independent School District. The City has customarily employed
the District's auditors for the Tax Division audit. Cost of the audit will
not exceed $3,750. Last year's cost was $3,300.
