MOTIONS - 618/83
Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Saber Refining
Company providing for Saber giving the City the right of ingress and
egress to the Hunter Ditch Outfall between I.H. 37 and Up River Road for
maintaining, improving and altering the Hunter Ditch. This ditch is a
natural drainage channel proposed to be utilized as part of the storm
sewer outfall for the Main Drive drainage project.
