Approving plans and specifications for the School Sidewalk Program, Phase
I, providing for construction of sidewalks in the vicinity of Fannin
Elementary, Martin Junior High, and Miller High Schools, and authorizing
the receipt of bids on Tuesday, August 23, 1983. This project is part of
the School Sidewalk Program included in the 1982 Bond Program.
