Plans and specifications be approved and bids be received on August 24,
1983 for Water System Improvements at the Holly Road Reservoir near Holly
and Everhart Road to convert the water system into a two -level service
system. This renovation work will boost water pressures in the south part
of the City south of Staples Street to Padre and Mustang Islands.
