purchased from IBM Corporation based on low bid meeting specifications in
the amount of $16,865.20. The low bid of $16,000 by Marklin Corporation
does not meet display, disk storage and print speed requirements. The
second low bid of $16,490 by Burroughs Corporation is incomplete. Nine
bids were received.
