MOTIONS - 7/27/83
The Brookhaven /Five Points Sanitary Sewer, Phase H project be accepted;
final payment of $13,808.45, for a total of $91 ,698.50, be authorized to
Cactus Utility Company; and the contractor be granted a three day time
extension due to additional work authorized by change order. Gravity
sanitary sewer lines were installed in Hearn Road, Perry Lane, Rushing
Boulevard, and Emory Drive under this 1977 bond project.
