MOTIONS - 8/3/83
A 30 foot wide right -of -way easement located on the eastern portion of the
Flour Bluff Sewer Treatment Plant Site near the Laguna Madre and
containing 1.03 acres be granted to the Houston Pipe Line Company for
pipe line purposes for a fee of $5,250 with the following conditions: the
City retains the right of surface use over the easement area provided said
use does not interfere with Grantee's rights; City use for public facilities
takes priority over the easement rights granted including the relocation or
adjustment of pipelines at Grantee's expense if requested by the City; the
City is held harmless from any claims that may arise as a result of the
construction of the pipelines and natural gas sales are restricted to one
purchaser, Reynolds Metals Company, an existing customer of the Grantee.
