12. Section 3 of the Jobs Training Partnership Act Contract between Nueces
County and the City be amended as follows:
From "A quorum of the Committee shall be five members."
To "A quorum of the Committee shall be siz members."
And that such amendment be recommended to the Nueces County
Commissioners' Court for adoption.
