MOTION - 9/14/83
To endorse and approve the Marina Groud Lease with Bayfront Associates,
Ltd., with the addition of the following codicils:
a. Letter dated September 12, 1983 from Nueces Development Co. in
which they agree to employ an independent engineering firm other
than Ogletree, Gunn, Byrne, Welsh and Hubner to serve as the
"Inspecting engineer" for the landmass project.
Letter dated September 13, 1983 from Bayfront Associates, Ltd. in
which they establish goals for small and minority business
participation in the landmass project.
