MOTIONS - 9/21/83
Authorizing the City Manager to execute a park deferment contract
between the City of Corpus Christi and Buddy Seeds Development
Corporation for deferred park land dedication out of the Laguna Estates
Subdivision, which is located north of Purdue Road and west of Laguna
Madre Road. This contractual arrangement, which is in accordance with
the Platting Ordinance, will allow the developer to final out and construct
a portion of his overall preliminary prior to the final plat and construction
of that portion of the subdivision in which the park is located.
