7. The Clarkwood Area Storm Sewer Laterals project, a 1982 bond election
project, be accepted and final payment of $14,172.80, for a total of
$86,956.25, be made to Isles Construction Company. It is recommended
that a 14 -day time extension be granted for delays due to utility
adjustments necessary to accommodate an underground pipe line.
