3. A partial release of conditions in the annexation agreement dated February
24, 1972 between George S. Hawn Interests and the City of Corpus
Christi be approved. The release pertains only to Lot 44, Block 1 ,
Country Club Estates Unit No. 31 and relates to conditions which have
been met as the result of platting, or will be met in compliance with the
City Code. (Attachment #7)
