Bids be received December 6, 1983 for a twelve months supply agreement,
with option to extend for an additional twelve months at the same terms and
conditions, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager,
or his designee, for Word Processing Equipment for the Personnel
Division and other divisions as required. Estimated expenditure is $13,000
per unit.
