Bids be received December 27, 1983 for two emergency replacement traffic
signal controllers for the Traffic Engineering Department. Estimated
expenditure $6,000. The controllers are used to replace malfunctioning
controllers while they are being repaired and are included in the 1983 -84
Budget.
