2. Bids be received December 27, 1983 for twelve months supply agreement with
option to extend for an additional twelve months at the same terms and
conditions, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager,
or his designee, for window cleaning and custodial service for various City
facilities such as the Airport, Tax, Finance, Data Processing, Animal
Control, Land Acquisition, Flour Bluff Clinic /Library /Utility Offices, and
Water Division.
