3. Bids be received December 27, 1983, for twelve months supply agreement,
with option to extend for an additional twelve months, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager, or his designee, for captive
bus repair parts and accessories from General Motors Corporation (Est.
$50,000) and Gillig Corporation (Est. $20,000).
