4. Bids be received December 27, 1983, for twelve months supply agreement with
option to extend for an additional twelve months, subject to the approval
of the supplier and the City Manager, or his designee, for approximately
704,400 gallons of #2 Diesel Fuel. Estimated expenditure is $700,000.
