6. Bids be received December 27, 1983, for twelve months supply agreement,
with option to extend for an additional twelve months at the same terms and
conditions, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager,
or his designee, for milk and miscellaneous dairy products for the Elderly
Nutrition Program. Estimated expenditure $30,000.
