B. Separate bids be received for the sale and relocation or the total
demolition of the house located at 3034 Ocean Drive. This property was
acquired by the City in December, 1971 and is currently being rented on a
month to month basis for $725 per month. After receipt of bids it will be
determined whether the house should be sold and relocated or totally
demolished.
