10. Three self propelled vibratory rollers be purchased from Corpus Christi
Equipment Company, Corpus Christi, for the total amount of $17,999.85,
based on low bid meeting specifications. The low bid failed to meet
minimum requirements for vibrations per minute. One unit is to be used by
the new patching crew. The other two units are replacements. All three
units are included in the 1983 -84 Budget.
