18. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a park deferment contract between
the City of Corpus Christi and Jack Ryan, developer, for deferred park land
dedication out of Willowick Place Subdivision, which is located on the west
side of Everhart Road, north of Cedar Pass Drive. This contractual
agreement, which is in accordance with the Platting Ordinance, will allow
the developer to final out and construct a portion of his overall
preliminary plat prior to the final plat and construction of his
subdivision in which the park is to be located.
