19. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a park deferment contract between
the City of Corpus Christi and Al Hogan Builders, Inc., developer, for
deferred park land dedication out of Windsong Subdivision, which is located
between Holly and Weber Roads, west of Rodd Field Road. This contractual
agreement, which is in accordance with the Platting Ordinance, will allow
the developer to final out and construct a portion of his overall
preliminary plat prior to the final plat and construction of his
subdivision in which the park is to be located.
