22. Plans and specifications for relocating Hearn Road near Five Points area be
approved and bids for this work be received on December 21, 1983. This
1982 Bond Project provides for realigning Hearn Road at Up River Road at
the Five Points Fire Station site and is in accordance with the conditions
established for closure and realignment of this location. The realignment
will make the present Five Points intersection much safer.
