23. Plans and specifications be approved for improvements to Middlecoff,
Jackson and Turtle Cove Parks and bids be received on December 21, 1983.
This 1982 bond project consists of installing multi- purpose courts,
gazebos, picnic units, playground equipment soccer goals, backstops and
landscaping in the three parks. Matching funds for the City's share of the
cost are available through an approved Texas Parks and Wildlife Department
Grant.
