10. Authorizing the City to join the Texas Municipal League Cable TV Defense
Fund effort opposing proposed federal cable television legislation
deregulating basic service rates, abrogating existing franchise agreements,
and guaranteeing renewal to incumbent cable television franchise holders,
and allocating $2,319.00 as the City's share in the statewide effort.
