BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an agreement with
Texas Food and Wine Festival, LLC to allow use of Heritage Park, and portions of Fitzgerald
Street and Hughes Street for the Corpus Christi Food and Wine Festival and related activities
on November 23, 2019.
That the foroing ordinance was read for the first time and passed to its second reading on
this the ,q day of C)� , 2019, by the following vote:
