14. Amending, prior to the second reading, the proposed street closure policy
providing for the sale of closed street rights -of -way by (a) allowing
applicants who do not agree with the City's appraisal of the value of
closed streets to secure their own appraisal, at their cost, for review by
the City, and (b) deleting the proposed section of this ordinance which
would exempt Governmental entities from payment of the fair market value
for abandoned street rights -of -way which they receive.
