8. Plans and specifications be approved for L -Head Ramp Improvements, and bids
for this work be received on July 3, 1984. The L -Head entrance is proposed
to be widened to accommodate three vehicles, and an asphalt overlay is
proposed on the ramp from East Shoreline Boulevard to the baitstand
location.
