3. Bids be received July 25, 1984 for a twelve months supply agreement, with
option to extend for an additional twelve months, at the same terms and
conditions, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or
his designee, for normal strength concrete mix. Estimated expenditure
$19,500.
