Approving the purchase of 244 parking meters for Traffic Engineering from
P.O.M., Inc., on the basis of low bid for the total of $31,392.44. The
meters are for replacement and for installation at Municipal Parking Lot
No. 1, and Mesquite and Chaparral Streets between 1 -37 and Twigg Street.
