MOTIONS - 7/10/84
Approving a condemnation award of $101,000 plus $3,718 for appraisal
services and $850 for commissioners fees and court costs and appropriating
$105,568 for the acquisition of a parcel of land (Parcel 8) located at the
corner of N. Staples and Mestina Streets in connection with the City Hall
Site Land Acquisition Project. Acquisition for this project is now
complete.
