MOTIONS - 8/14/84
2. Approving a twelve months supply agreement, with option to extend for an
additional twelve months, at the same terms and conditions, subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager, or his designee, for
replacement auto, truck, and construction equipment safety glass based on
low bid to Thurman - Fondren Glass Company. Estimated annual expenditure is
$15,000. Twelve bid invitations were issued and two bids were received.
Prices have increased approximately 8.7% since last contract of May, 1983.
