21. A waiver request for street dedication in Cayo Place, Lot 6, Block 11, be
denied, but construction of the street waiver be granted. This 3.5 acre
tract of land fronting on Graham Road in the Flour Bluff portion of the
City is being platted and the Master Transportation Plan requires that a
collector street be reconstructed through this property.
