5. The Hialco Renovation project be accepted and final payment of $8,501.15 be
authorized to Hunt Construction Co., Inc. It is further recommended that
the contractor be granted a 27 day time extension due to material delivery
delays beyond the contractor's control. The total cost of this 9th Year
Community Development Block Grant project is $58,579.
